  • Purchase Orders:
    All Orders must be signed and confirmed by the buyer. Confirmed orders must be returned to Classic Cashmere Art Via Fax or Email to our office in Nepal in order for us to commence production of the order.
  • Price:
    All prices are EXW Nepal.
  • Payments Terms:
    All orders are prepayment or Letter of Credit at sight payment .
  • Payment Method:
    All payments must be paid via bank wire transfer, or Letter of credit at sight payment. Please follow the payment instructions given to you at the time of Invoicing. Prepayment must be received not less than 10 days prior to ship date and letter of credit should be at sight payment
  • Shipping:
    Classic Cashmere Art uses UPS, DHL, FedEx unless otherwise specified by the Buyer. All Export duty and freight charges are billed to the buyer. Freight charges can be billed “Collect” or “Prepaid “ as per the buyer’s preference. Classic Cashmere Art quote only “ Prepay” freight charges for the buyer to approved upon confirmation of order.
  • Quality:
    All Classic Cashmere Art goods are handmade, combining natural fibers with traditional craftsmanship therefore these variations are consider inherent to handmade production.
  • Return:
    On receipt of shipment please inspect goods carefully as merchandise claims must be made in writing within 7 days upon receipt of goods. Requests made after this time will not be honored. All returns must be approved in writing. Approved returns are on a “Credit or replace” basis.
